With the launch of my company right around the corner, I thought it would be appropriate to take this up a notch and give you guys some face-to-face time (well, kind of).

My #1 Beauty Tip I always give my clients: APPLE CIDER VINEGAR.

  • Supports a healthy immune system - It was known that Hippocrates, the father of medicine, treated his patients with this in 400 B.C.  He found that it was a powerful cleansing and healing elixir-a naturally occurring antibiotic and antiseptic that fights germs, bacteria, mold and viruses – for a healthier, stronger and longer life! (I haven’t been sick in months.)
  • Rich in enzymes and potassium - Many people link potassium deficiency to dark circles under the eyes and brittle hair.  Potassium is also known to help build tissue…Want to prevent aging?! Good to know! :)
